Spincast rod and reel combo at Walmart, probably already has line on it, some small snap swivels #6 hooks with leaders, 1” diameter or less bobbers, tie snap swivels to line and then hook leader of hook on snap of swivel put bobber on so hook is 2-2.5’ deep, bait and go
