Things got our of hand during covid for me and other locals. Nothing to do socially in town so we met up at farm shops. That turned into almost daily during following winter. Got way out of shape. Was forced to goto doctor for my 5 year cdl medical. Was over 300lbs. 6.3" Started cutting carbs after that and now down quite a bit. | |
