Mine will get really low in the heat of summer. Like 50 over 70. I will get lightheaded and need to cool down. Blood vessels will get dilated/enlarged then there goes my back pressure. Doc said on those days take half a pill. Usually by bedtime it is getting close to normal. For me that is 75 over 125.
Anyone have BP meds drive your BP too low ?
