Almost 40 years ago I got a DUI.........and subsequently had to attend classes and personal sessions with a counselor for a few months in order to get my license back. About 6 months after I "graduated"..........the head of the program got busted and sent to the Pen for drug dealing. He had plenty of forced walk in customers attending his meetings evidently.
