Texas
I did that very thing , get a good attorney first
They will probably refer you to a 1031 expert do this before you accept a dime from the sale.

You can really screw up things and cost yourself a bunch of money . A good attorney is not cheap . You want one that specializes in real estate . In Texas there are roll back property taxes , you can negotiate these The Perot company contacted my attorney.and said they would split them with me , I accepted that my part of that alone was 19k .Lots of expenses you are not aware of in that deal.

Secondly I’d look over the things you want/need

I spent a month on the road with a pickup and gooseneck
My best friend used his pickup and gooseneck when he was off . I hired several loads hauled with semi trucks .
It took 45 days , every day not a single day off . A tank of diesel in the pickup every day .

I gave all the junk to a scrap man neighbor, let him use 5230 and grapple bucket , deal was you take it all tires included.

I sold mine to the Perot group , could not be happier about how they handle business .

Be prepared for lots of silly things , environmental study , zoning and other things you won’t expect. These things you don’t have to pay for .

It’s not a quick process from the day the Perot agent contacted me until closing was a year or so.

You will never miss roading tractors in a busy area , I did that for years .

Yes the sheds are worth moving , I hired a crew to take them down .

Don’t be afraid to hire people, can’t get it done on your own .

I was allowed 45 days and pulled my camper out on day 46 :)
