West Central Wisconsin

Beautiful view! Do wild blueberries require low ph soil like the ones you'd buy at a greenhouse? Reason I ask is the blueberries we planted five years ago are not growing, basically the same height as when we planted them. I planted in an old barn yard thinking ph would be on the acidic side but I tested the soil recently and it was fairly neutral. I've tried "fixing" the ph with different acids. elemental acid and amonium sulfate but have had no response the last two years of treating. My plan is to dig a trench in another location and apply the two products I mentioned and let the microbes work for year before planting next year.
