Middle Tennessee | As far as the buildings go I would build a new farm shop, a new implement shed on the new farm you’re wanting. I think that be easier than taking down old buildings and putting back up at new location. The reason I say that is cost of labor. As far as the developer crying about about the buildings and wanting to pay less money I tell him no specially if the land is location, location.
As far as what to take to the new location that depends on how far you are moving. This definitely be a good time to get rid of stuff and keeping what you need. I going do this when I move tools and stuff from an old building to a new farm shop about 200 feet away. Then the old building going to be torn down. | |
