You have multiple options to defer/minimize/avoid the cap gains on the sale. The proper instrument chosen to accomplish this is totally dependent on your life’s path you chose to go down for the next 30 years. Be mindful this isn’t an all or nothing approach, it can be a hybrid plan of some sort. My e-mails good if want to chat further.
