Pretty attractive offer…. Substantially more than cash rent for crop land…like 20-30x more. I’m not at liberty to give exact numbers but it going to be a nice little retirement income. And my family will still have ownership when it’s done.the town also requires the company post an inflation adjusted bond for the removal at the end of the lease. |
