coast of Maine | In this state most cannot be more than 5 acres now.I think it actually a per megawatt limit,,5mw ish I seem to recall.There are many here that are small even before the limit.Put your less than desirable lands in or the ones that are too far away to make sense.So diversification with less effort is always important,,in case commodity crops drop to poor net levels,,,,,I have a couple less than ideal crop areas in solar sites.If they ever leave I will have nice fences for,,,all the beef cows I could buy cheap,,,hehehhe..To add to this,just remember the solar leased land is salable to investors etc.,,you get ready to skip town,need a chalet in the South of France,,,dump her on the next guy..
