I get $7200 per year with a 10% raise every 5years. It's a 100' square and no guy wires. If it's in a area with lots of people you will get more. This was done 5 years ago so It should be more now. I also got the calls shortly after agreeing to the lease. I also think it was them trying to buy it out cheap. Don't fall for that.
