Subject: RE: Treat beans or not

Missouri
I stopped treating for several years. I was spotting in beans here and there very regularly in low spots and a rain after planting. Went to having two neighbors treat then, the treatment was only $4 at the time. Now 80% of my beans come from on dealer, they have free replant of course with treatment. Still burns my @$$ but the spotting in is a time drain. I do usually agree early beans need it and late do not. But I’m usually a June 1 bean planter not plant same as Corn. There is more money in treating for dealer than profit reselling the seed.
