A notch shallower on a kinze in worked ground, some times the same in notill. Not sure it makes a difference or not but was advised to do this by a neighbor and believe I've read it on here before. These are the rows the planter runs over, just the tractor I probably wouldn't change anything as that was before the planter. But if using springs set those rows to higher down force.
