Almost zero. Used to get a dozen a day. When they call let it ring. Don't answer, don't reject to voicemail and dont block. Just let it ring. They never call from the same number twice anwyays. I am certain that any action labels your number as active. Same for spam texts. Don't open, just delete. No read receipt sent to confirm active number.
