For me,     he's  right on the  edge.

I'd  consider the  heifers   he's  expected to breed.
Are they home raised?  unknown?   how much  calving ease  do THEY  bring to the table?   After all,   the heifer is  50% of the  whole equation.. maybe more seeing  pelvic opening  certainly has   a  tad bit of  influence here.

Then   consider the  overall phenotype of the bull.     Nice bullet shaped head vs.   big  wide poll.    Same with shoulders;  are they smooth or  quite  blocky?

There's more to this than  staring at  a  print out.

While  his  75  act.  BW  catches my eye,   be aware there is variability in ET calves.    one study with clone calves   showed   almost a 20%  lighter  calf when it was ET'd.  That's huge.   Another group of  'steins    showed  the  natural/AI    group   being   8-10#'s  lighter than their  ET counterparts.  Also quite  remarkable.   Not all studies  show this,  this are the extreme cases.
So,  that factor might  not be a pleasant  gamble with heifers.
