I figure if I was a politician,,(god help me) ,,I could get elected Governor/President with even being an unknown,,,just by mandating of eliminating all spam calls,,the tech exists.They just do not care in DC.

Google and Samsung do a better job. When you flag something as spam, it warns others, who can block it.
