| We did a bedroom / master bath addition last summer. 2” closed cell foam / 4” cellulose in the walls. Ceiling - skim coat of closed cell foam with wet cellulose over the foam. Don’t remember the exact wetness of the cellulose, believe contractor said 1 pt water per bag cellulose. Contractor claimed the wet cellulose doesn’t settle as much, blocks air better, & a higher R value but not enough water to cause problems. Heated the bedroom , 17 1/2 x 14 1/2, with a 110v 1500 watt oil filled radiator last winter, room never got below 68*
