Central Alberta | I got one yesterday, that seemed legit, until they asked me to spend money. I had a vehicle for sale online; I got a call from someone who seemed like a reasonable buyer, very respectful, but he asked if I had an "AMM report" for it. I said I didn't know what that was, so he sent me a link to a website. "Analyzemymotor.com" wanted to sell me a report for $40. I asked the buyer to buy it himself and I'd pay him back. Then the discourse turned less friendly, and he accused me of wasting his time. I checked with scamadvisor.com, and they recommended avoiding the site. I never heard from the buyer after that.
