I agree that metabolic syndrome is most likely caused by ultra processed food. And if RFK was about limiting that I wouldn't say anything on that subject. He isn't. He is just trying to remove single ingredients from the ultra processed ingredient lists. Skittles without red dye 40 are still skittles. Twinkies with lard instead of cotton seed oil is still a twinkie.
