Central and N.E. ND		I generally check McMaster-Carr on things.

At a minimum it lets you know what might be available.

When I had the contact for hardware for the company I worked for, I was able to source a few things cheaper than I could on the open market. Wurth or Optimas are large volume hardware suppliers, and it is likely they wouldn't want a one-time sale.
