Cut “wasteful” Federal spending without harming the economy.. and therefore tax receipts.  

If you eliminate Foreign Aid.. but tax receipts fall.. have you accomplished anything?  See Sorghum market..

Tax imports through Tariffs.  Pray that economy doesn’t crash.. and maybe it won’t.. contract.. much.. ???
