Southern Missouri
Go hang out in a few coffee shops in south Florida where the room is full of old men from other states than Florida, you’ll hear stories of every tax angle possible, a lot of them stay 6 months and change there certified home state to Florida because Florida has no state income tax , but if your main source of income is rental property in another state , you still have the state tax of that state to pay on that rental income, many many other sources of income can be transferred to your new certified home state of Florida and receive the state of Florida taxation, some of those guys in those coffee shops had some very very interesting stories , especially the self made guys , holy cow
