Subject: Soybean pre with hot dry forecast

east central ND
I have been spraying generic spartan and dual. For soy pre. Saving zidua for later application.

We had really good to a bit too much moisture a week to 10 day ago. Have had very low humidity an 80 degrees. Has really dried out.

Very Dry on top. Up here in North Dakota the forecast is for very windy, and 90 degrees F the next 4 days. No real rain chances in the 10 day forecast.

I farm very sandy soil. Top couple inches is getting dry very quick. It’s going to be bone dry on top after this weekend.

Will spraying more acres of pre be a waste of money with no rain in sight?

Edit: now I’m worried that some of the ground I’ve worked and planted is going to blow the next 4 days. We normally are trying to dry out ground this time of year. We got decent rain 11 or so days ago. But not even dew in the mornings now. No real chance of rain in 10 day forecast.
