Why?
Everything I heard was that EU central banks are cutting rates because the EU economy is shrinking. It wasn’t that long ago they had NEGATIVE interest rates….. like crude oil at minus 40 a barrel.
It’s a good thing that Putin needs EU gas money to fund his war in Ukraine; if he didn’t and cut them off, the EU energy dependence would set the whole on their head and into a depression…..
