Since ( not if )the age of globalization is over, the US will be the least worst place to be going forward. By a wide margin.

Capital will be fleeing from every other economy into the US, along with entrepreneurs and a skilled workforce.
 should benefit US real estate in general.
Can't help but spillover into ag land.

The price might not have anything to do with the productive capacity or profitability of what is grown on said land.



If that's the case where Capital will be fleeing from every other economy, into the US. What's that going to do to the Dollar?, it's going to strengthen the dollar and depending how high and for how long that's going to create headwinds for exports of ag. Commodities and IMO, as well as ag. land.
