Subject: Missouri capitol gains elimination


If I moved to The Lake of the Ozarks and sold Illinois farmland sometime in the future, would the capital gains be taxed at the Illinois rate? Assuming yes.

But sales of individual stocks would no longer be subjected to state capital gains tax?
