Yup, everything updated as of last spring to v31 (I think, off top of my head - at fertilizer depot atm)
It’s just weird that it happened suddenly after 1000 acres of no trouble. VT controls are all fine and responsive, they just get toggled based on lagged GPS data.
And if I stop mid-turn to let it catch up, I can watch the coverage map follow my turn properly and paint a nice smooth circle (10 seconds later). So the GPS data is complete, it’s just getting lagged somehow. I’d think if it was a broken wire harness I’d be seeing glitches/loss of data entirely.
Edit: Checked, everything’s 32.1.0.0
Current software is v39, so it would be worth updating. Also are the 1000 acres in one Field in the display? The display has to load all logged data to the map, so the more data that's logged in a Field, the more memory it consumes in the display, and this could cause a performance hit. Doesn't really surprise me that you'd see some lag at 1000 acres. If the 1000 acres are spread across a lot of Fields, that's a different story. |
