Southeast | This is sound advice.
I have had reconstructions on both ankles and knees in the past 2-decades. In the last 5-years or so, I have had consistent pain in all the right-side joints (shoulder to ankle). It turns out I have pretty bad spinal stenosis that flares up at times. Narrowing, spinal PL ligament, and a bone spur are the main culprits, and I will likely have a back surgery at some point (which scares the hell out of me) because I am starting to have numbness in my right heel/foot to the point I cannot tell if the foot is properly placed when stepping.
I suggest getting a good, full scan of the back. | |
