We used to get them in a gravity wagon, and would open it up and drive through the pasture. They ate them well, milk protein numbers went way up on potatoes. Nobody choked.
Packer used to sell undersized for $20/ton. He got fed up with people buying them and opening potatoes for sale stands. Now just piles them all at the edge of a field.
What do i do with them 'taters...?
