| I never understood the mentality to buy a farm when clearly a person will never live long enough to at least recieve back their original investment, based on average life expectancy tables. In this case, the OP would just about be getting the farm paid about the same time the life expectancy table says he should be cashing in his chips. Before he’s even had a chance to see one actual rent check back in return. | |
