My diet is cleaning up but it's nowhere near yours. The low carb diet could be reason the berberine doesn't do much. Frankly I didn't notice anything until I stopped taking it and realized I wasn't getting the urge to eat all the doritos in existence. Running out reminds me of how folks dropping glp1 drugs must feel - gain the weight back and more. Thanks
