Thumb of Michigan | I reluctantly answered the phone from a telemarketer via speaker phone. After several times of her saying hello, I squeaked out a hello. She responded with a question of who she was speaking with (in broken English at best), to which I responded Micky Mouse. Then I didn't respond for a long time, just making a squeak like noise every 10-15 seconds, this goes on for a couple om minutes with the TM asking hello Mr. Mouse. Meanwhile my wife is setting close by barely able to contain her laugher. Finally, the telemarketer gets real loudly and asked if everything is OK Mr. Mouse after one of my squeaks, to which I let out a loud MEOW. The TM hung up after hearing my wife rolling on the floor laughing so hard.
Hey, it's a kind of lousy day here, needed something to kill some time (they even canceled an important T-ball game I was planning on attending tonight). And I wasted 5+ minutes of a TM time and saved someone else from having a TM call or two. | |
