Lifestyle change does not continue to cost you every month. Also, studies have shown that once people start on those drugs, if they stop the weight comes back because they don't change their habits. Wegovy and the others are for folks looking for an easy fix or that have no will power. I quit drinking after 23 years as a pure drunk and smoking after 40 years. Quit both cold turkey and am proud of it. |
