My advice would be to have it custom farmed. If you have a good neighbor that does a good job go talk to him. I do this for a couple neighbors. They had similar acres and just couldn't justify upgrades. They weren't ready to retire yet. They call me when they want the work done. Works out great for both parties. The key is to find the right custom operator.
