We train. Much of our training is also teaching the new (often Older) many of the support jobs. Port-a-ponds, cascade system for example. Bigger question is how often do you actually fight a fire? Surround and drown for a shop that was on the ground before discovery? Smoking appliance? Do those really count? Never had to force a door yet we train on it.
How many of you volunteer FF train ?
