It watched market to market on Friday and they had Arlen Suderman on. His comment struck me. He basically said you never have a drought when the SST are warm in the Gulf of Alaska. I did a search and the SST is quite warm off the gulf of Alaska. It could change and get cool by July but the odds are against it. Now I know why the traders keep selling corn which big acres from an open spring. Chicago sees low odds of a drought.
