As an outsider "looking in", here are my thoughts and input. Assuming you're going to continue your full time job for benefits and retirement eventually
Sell your equipment after this crop season
Discontinue custom work and rented ground
Forgo the shop rental
On your family and your land, either cash rent lease OR custom operation to good tenant (s). You're then the landlord. You decide how much mgmt and risk you want to provide. Keeps you involved in the farming business
