Then there’s drinking water . Can’t get a rural water meter because of drought and other reason ..ponds go dry when it gets nasty hot and dry.. lots of herds sold due to lack of drinking water


There's a big area west of me before you get to the Rocky Mountains that is wide open grass country and used to be full of cows. They've never grown tons of grass...........but there are millions of acres available. Now the limiting factor is water. Can't hardly find a 1 gpm well out there nowadays.
