Tennessee

It's gone up everywhere, but where you are and where I am has been hit much harder than the midwest. The midwest has seen land go from 12k to 15k or so. Places in Tennessee, NC, VA, GA, North Alabama and Florida have seen it go from $2500 to 25k.
