Yes, it would take longer to load. I've gotten lazy with high speed so i wouldn't really notice it. Realize that is not the case with everyone. Not that clicking on the "2" is a real hardship for me!!!!
There are some topics are tough to decide where it should go. The "management" type questions are always difficult to decide.
