E-15 is not a demand changer and is a pure optics play. Ability to buy doest equate to sales.
I will have to disagree with that. I have antidotal evidence that disproves that. In Ohio, an E15 waiver exempted state, there is a rush back to 88 when it is offered .
That is how Sheetz has come to dominant their space in this state.
