And we are at the point where the baby boomers grandchildren are at the age starting to look for place to rent and or buy. A decent rental house will not stay unoccupied for very long in our neck of the woods and what was renting for$700-$800 before Covid is now going for $1100-$1200/ month. Crazy- Wish my S.S. check would go up that fast. | |
