One fast on the go meal we found was in the meat section of Wal-Mart was pre cooked and pre sliced brisket. I forget the brand but it is really good tasting brisket. Just heat it up. Wife and I will get that when on the road and not wanting to go out to a restaurant. Heat it up in the motel microwave. An alternative to getting a rotisserie chicken.
