What are you referring to for signal strength?  Cell signal strength? Again, regarding my comments about the amount of data RTCM requires......you do not have to have spectacular signal strength to obtain an RTK fix.  You just need to be able to pass the data.

Regarding distance to base stations......Your Incommand will only connect to one basestation at a time.  Iowa CORS may be using something called "NEAR" which will automatically use the base nearest to your location.  You are most likely within the acceptable distances from any of those bases.

The question I haven't asked and I don't believe anyone else has asked is "What else did you change".  Did you change any profile settings in the Incommand?
