We haven't used Treflan for nearly 30 years but I don't think we ever waited more than 2 days between the first pass and the second, and that would have only been because of rain or Sunday.
Sometimes the disk applying the treflan, the field cultivator doing the second pass and the planter planting the beans were all in the same field at the same time.
There's no need to wait on planting beans, the rest of the crops the OP mentions I have no idea if there is a reason to wait between application and planting.
