A few years ago there were two blowouts on old tires that wrecked a ladder ($million+) and an engine in nearby companies. We did the tire replacement and I dont remember if shop gave us a "discount" or the tires were left for disposal via a "donating" party.... Went onto some silage wagons and manure frack tanks possibly?
