West Union, Illinois | IADAVE - I am just curious on the tire issue. What would keep some one from trading tires with the department? Run them 2 years, put on new. I would bet most places a farmer or trucker in the area would be willing to buy new tires and swap them out. Assuming, they are not an odd size. That would just make too much sense for Illinois government to allow it. Without even researching it I am confident that doing so would violate Illinois purchasing rules and regulations. |
