| Still crazy in SC KS into OK. Spec Builders still flipping Duplexes the same as last 10 years. A $265,000 house lasted 1 week on the market a month ago, yet another was pending in a couple of days. Lake property with FSBO sign out had 13 phone calls in a week. Also saw one side of a rental duplex get rented in a week.
Small Observations: Ate at Longhorn Steakhouse a month ago and when we left at 6:30 there was a 15 minute waiting list. 2 weeks ago ate at On The Border on Thursday at noon and only 5% Full. A week ago Saturday, again went to On The Border, left at 6PM and only 50% Full.
$18LB Sterling Silver Ribeye at Kroger and $11 Lb Choice(?) Ribeye special looked like it should be made into hamburger. | |
