When was the last time land fell 20% yoy?
Year over year maybe not but I’d say a 2 year 20% pullback follows every ag cycle high. That 20% pullback may not last long but I’m guessing you will find examples in 2015ish from 2012/13 highs and maybe coming up.
If looking at a chart it seems like everything these days our peaks and valleys seem to be high & lower on top of being more compressed on the time scale. With those peaks and valleys is an every increasing avg price. |
