Ford Restaurant Supply is where we bought ours. We needed 300 place settings for an event in our shop a few years ago, and I wanted metal silverware and real plates. Look at the specs on each fork, get the ones that weigh the most. U would recommend you go to a store in person. They have some that are REALLY heavy duty for food service.
